1General Terms
Okgo1 is an online betting and gaming platform offering cricket, football, casino games, and a wide range of entertainment services to users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of services on the okgo1 platform.

2Account Registration
An active account is required to use any service on okgo1. You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration.
Registration Terms
- Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any winnings will be forfeited.
- The name, address, phone number, and email provided during account registration must be accurate and truthful.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact okgo1 support immediately.
- If an account is registered with false or misleading information, okgo1 reserves the right to close that account at any time.
Login Security
We recommend keeping Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled at all times. It protects your account from unauthorized access. okgo1 will never ask for your password via email or SMS.
3Age Verification & Identity Confirmation
Okgo1 strictly prohibits use by anyone under the age of 18. Date of birth must be provided at registration, and okgo1 may request proof of age verification at any time.
Warning: Any account found to belong to a user under 18 will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited. Parents and guardians are urged to ensure minors cannot access this site.
KYC (Know Your Customer) Process
The following documents may be requested for large withdrawals or when okgo1 deems it necessary:
- Copy of National ID (NID) or Passport
- Bank statement or mobile banking transaction proof

- To prevent money laundering, okgo1 reserves the right to hold any suspicious withdrawal.
- Withdrawals will generally be processed through the same method used for the deposit.

5Betting Rules
Certain rules apply when placing bets on okgo1. These rules are in place to ensure fair play.
Betting Limits

- Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed, though Cash Out may be available in certain cases.
- If a technical error results in abnormal odds, okgo1 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
Result Determination
- Betting results are determined based on official outcomes or internationally recognised sources.
- If a match is abandoned or incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with okgo1's policy.
- If a bet is lost due to a network issue during live betting, the decision will be based on server logs.
Prohibited Betting Behaviour
Arbitrage betting, bot-assisted betting, and any form of manipulation to gain an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited. Any account found engaging in such activity will be suspended immediately.
6Bonus & Promotion Terms
Okgo1 regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own set of terms and conditions that must be fulfilled.
Welcome Bonus
- New members may receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.
- A minimum deposit is required to qualify for the welcome bonus.
- Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds (typically 5–30x the bonus amount).
General Bonus Rules
- Only one bonus can be active at a time.
- Bonus funds may only be used on specific games or markets.
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in all bonuses being cancelled.

- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harassing or defrauding other users.
- Participating in match fixing or attempting to influence the outcome of any event.
- Creating an account under a false identity or providing inaccurate information.
9Account Closure & Suspension
Okgo1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice under the following circumstances:
- If any part of these terms and conditions is violated.
- If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
- If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
- At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
Account Closure by User
You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw your balance before closing. If you wish to reopen your account afterwards, contact support.
